This includes, where applicable, our products, artwork, product designs, illustrations, photographs, product images, website graphics, icons, patterns, layouts, product descriptions, written copy, audio, video, software, logos, branding, slogans and other original creative material.

Buying a product does not buy the artwork rights.

Purchasing a Furry Peeps product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork, photography, graphics, designs or written content associated with that product.

Furry Peeps content must not be reproduced, copied, adapted, manufactured, republished, distributed, uploaded, commercially exploited or used to create competing products without the appropriate written permission.

Please do not copy our product photographs, designs, descriptions or website information for your own website, marketplace listing, catalogue or social-media store.

Some clever stuff belongs to other clever people.

Some artwork, illustrations, fonts, photographs or other creative material used by Furry Peeps may be licensed from independent artists, designers or commercial licensors.

Those materials remain subject to the intellectual-property rights of their respective owners and the licence terms under which Furry Peeps is permitted to use them.

Our licence to use that material does not give customers permission to extract, reproduce, copy or commercially use it.

Your pet photo does not suddenly become ours.

You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in photographs, logos, illustrations and other files you upload to Furry Peeps.

By supplying a file for personalisation, you give Furry Peeps permission to reproduce, crop, resize, position, print and otherwise process the file as reasonably necessary to create your order and provide related customer service.

You must have the legal right or permission to use any photograph, logo, artwork or other content you supply.

Our name is ours too.

The Furry Peeps name, logos, branding, slogans and other brand identifiers may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

They must not be used in a way that falsely suggests another business, seller or product is connected with, endorsed by or authorised by Furry Peeps.

Furry Peeps products may include our logo, business branding, copyright information, website address or other identifying details as part of the finished product.

Want to stock Furry Peeps?

Purchasing a Furry Peeps product at retail does not automatically make a person or business an authorised Furry Peeps stockist, wholesaler, retailer or distributor.

If you want to commercially stock or resell Furry Peeps products as part of a business, contact us first to discuss wholesale or reseller approval.

You may not reproduce Furry Peeps artwork, manufacture copies of our designs or represent yourself as an authorised Furry Peeps seller without permission.
