Ordering from Furry Peeps is pretty straightforward. Choose something excellent for your pet, add the personal bits where available, check everything carefully, then leave the printing, making and packing to us.
No secret handshakes. No personality test. Just pick what you want, tell us what needs personalising and we’ll do the clever bit.
Choose your collar, lead, bowl, blanket, bag, birthday gear, pet-face creation or whichever extremely necessary thing has caught your eye.
Select the correct size, style, colour, quantity and available options before moving on. Product details and dimensions live on the individual product page, so have a quick read rather than entering into a committed relationship with guesswork.
Where personalisation is available, the product page will show exactly what you can add. Depending on the product, that might include:
Not every product offers every option. A collar may care deeply about a phone number. Pet-face wrapping paper is mainly interested in your animal’s head.
We generally print the information you submit, so give everything one final look before sending it into production.
We do not routinely rewrite customer-supplied details. If you type Barlkey instead of Barkley, Barlkey may be about to receive some very beautifully printed pet gear.
Most Furry Peeps products are personalised, printed or made to order by our team on the Gold Coast.
Many standard products are made within approximately 2–10 working days before shipping. Some products may require longer, so always check the production timeframe shown on the individual product page.
Working days do not include weekends, Queensland public holidays or carrier delivery time.
Once your order is finished, checked and packed, we send it on its merry way. Tracking information is supplied where your selected delivery service includes tracking.
Production time and delivery time are separate. We make the thing first. Then the postal adventure begins.
Your dog may sense the parcel approaching considerably earlier than the tracking page does.
If your order is for a birthday, Christmas, holiday, new puppy arrival or another date that stubbornly refuses to move, allow enough time for both production and delivery.
Busy periods can also extend normal production and carrier timeframes, so the timeframe shown on the individual product page is always your best guide.
Selected products offer a Rush Order option. Where available, eligible Rush Orders placed before 12 midday Queensland time on a working day can be prioritised for next-business-day dispatch.
Rush speeds up production. It does not automatically turn your parcel into an Express Post missile.
One gets the product made faster. The other gets the finished parcel onto a faster delivery service. If you need both, select both.
We love customer emails. We love them slightly less when the subject line is “HELP I SPELT MY DOG’S NAME WRONG.”
Especially pet names, dates, phone numbers and personalised wording.
Size, colour, material and quantity should match what you actually need.
Use a clear image and make sure the correct file has actually uploaded.
Parcels remain annoyingly committed to going where you tell them.
